Products damaged by the customer
Items without original packaging
Products bought under clearance sale
Wrong size bought by customer due to incorrect selection
Products returned after the return period
Items showing signs of wear, scratches, or modifications
4. Return Request Timeline
To request a return, you must contact us within:
✓ 2–3 days of delivery for damaged or defective items
✓ 7 days for wrong product delivered
Return requests made after the allowed period will not be accepted.
5. Return Process

If approved, a pickup will be arranged
Product must be packed safely for return pickup
If pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to courier the item to the provided address.
6. Inspection of Returned Product
After receiving the returned product, our quality team inspects it.
Refund or replacement is approved only if:
The product matches the return claim
It is in original condition
It is unused and undamaged
All accessories are included
If the product fails inspection, return will be rejected and customer must pay to get the item shipped back.

Refund will be issued to your original payment method
Refund timeline varies:
UPI / Wallets: 1–3 working days
Bank Transfer: 3–7 working days
Cards / EMI: 5–10 working days
We are not responsible for delays caused by payment gateways or banks.
8. Replacement Policy
If you prefer a replacement instead of refund:
Replacement will be sent only after the returned item is inspected and approved
If replacement stock is unavailable, you’ll receive a full refund
9. Cancellation Policy

After Shipping
