Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how you can cancel an order placed on polycheme.com.

1. Cancelling before dispatch

You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. To cancel, call us or email us with your order ID. Once we confirm the cancellation, you will receive a full refund.

2. After dispatch

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. If the product is eligible, you can request a return after delivery under our Refund & Return Policy.

3. How refunds are paid

Refunds for cancelled orders are paid to the original payment source (the UPI ID, card, net banking account or wallet you paid with). After the refund is initiated, the time for it to reflect depends on your bank or payment provider:

• UPI / wallets: 1 to 3 working days
• Bank transfer / net banking: 3 to 7 working days
• Cards: 5 to 10 working days

Cash on delivery orders cancelled before dispatch need no refund, as no payment has been made.

4. Cancellation by Polycheme

We may cancel an order if the product is out of stock, the delivery address cannot be served, or there is an error in pricing or product information. If this happens, we will inform you and refund any amount paid in full to the original payment source.

5. Distributor and bulk orders

Approved distributors can cancel a bulk order before dispatch by contacting our team. Orders already dispatched follow the terms agreed with your account.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
