Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy explains how and when orders placed on polycheme.com are delivered.

1. Where we deliver

We deliver across India (pan-India delivery).

2. Delivery time

Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 7 working days from the date of order. Delivery to remote locations, or during holidays, strikes, bad weather or other events outside our control, may take longer.

3. Shipping charges

• Free shipping on orders of ₹499 and above.
• For orders below ₹499, a shipping charge applies. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.

4. Order updates

You will receive an order confirmation by email after placing your order. Once your order is dispatched, we will share the shipment details with you. You can also see your order status under My Account.

5. Delivery address

Please make sure your address, PIN code and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a shipment is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available to receive it, re-delivery may be charged.

6. Damaged or wrong products

If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within the time limits in our Refund & Return Policy, with your order ID and photos of the product and packaging.

7. Distributor and bulk orders

For orders placed by approved distributors, dispatch date and freight charges are confirmed by our team on call before dispatch.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
